AIO Weather is built to need as little of your data as possible. We do not run ads, we do not use analytics or tracking SDKs, and we do not sell or share personal information with anyone.
With your permission, the app uses your device's location to show local weather, radar, alerts, and nearby places. Your coordinates are sent only to the weather and mapping services listed below, solely to answer each request (for example, "what is the forecast at these coordinates"). We do not store your location on any server of ours, and we do not maintain a history of where you have been. You can deny location access and search for cities manually instead — the app works either way.
If you use the in-app feedback form, the text you type (a category, title, and description) is delivered to our inbox via the FormSubmit relay service so we can read it. The form does not ask for, or send, your name, email address, location, or any device identifier. Please avoid including personal information in the message itself.
To show you weather, the app requests data from these providers. Each receives only what is needed to answer the request (such as map coordinates), subject to their own privacy policies:
Your settings, recent location searches, and saved preferences are stored only on your device (and your personal iCloud device backup, if enabled). We cannot access them.
The app does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new date.
