AIO Weather — Terms of Use

By downloading or using AIO Weather (the "app"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1. The service

AIO Weather provides weather forecasts, radar, severe-weather alerts, news, and related features for informational purposes. The free version includes advertising; an optional paid subscription ("AIO Weather Pro") unlocks additional features and removes ads.

2. Subscriptions

• AIO Weather Pro is available as an auto-renewing subscription (yearly or monthly), purchased through your Apple App Store account.
• Where offered, a free trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your App Store account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies — you can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• People who purchased AIO Weather while it was a paid app keep Pro features at no charge on the same Apple account.
• Prices may change; any change applies only to renewals after you've been notified as required by Apple.

3. Weather information — important

Do not rely on this app for decisions involving safety, life, or property. Forecasts, radar, and alerts come from third-party sources, can be wrong, delayed, or unavailable, and are provided "as is." In severe weather, always follow official guidance from your local authorities and the National Weather Service (or your country's equivalent). Aviation information in the app is for reference only and must not be used for flight planning or operations.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app — including attempting to reverse engineer it, interfere with its services, scrape or resell its data feeds, or circumvent subscription features or advertising.

5. Accounts

If you create an optional account, keep your credentials secure; you're responsible for activity under your account. You can request account deletion at the email below.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or any loss of data, profits, or property, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the app. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

7. Changes to the app or these terms

We may add, change, or remove features at any time. We may update these terms; the current version will always be posted at this address with its date. Continuing to use the app after changes means you accept them.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the developer resides, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
