Email is the fastest way to reach us. We read everything and usually reply within a couple of days.
You can also send feedback directly from the app: open the Weather tab → tap the gear icon → Send Feedback.
Make sure Location access is allowed in Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → AIO Weather. You can also tap the location icon in the app and search for any city instead.
Alerts come from the U.S. National Weather Service and only appear when there is an active watch or warning for the location you're viewing.
If there's no precipitation near the selected location, the radar map will be clear. Try searching a location with active weather to see the radar in action.
Read our privacy policy. Short version: no ads, no tracking, your location is only used to fetch your local weather.
